The harness come in three sizes, it has a plastic buckle in the front.
Circumference size 0 is 62 cm
Circumference size 1 is 68 cm
Circumference size 2 is 76 cm
Circumference size 3 is 82 cm
Model is 172 cm normally wearing size S/M , wearing harness size 1
