Items will be shipped within 1-2 days. Made to order items will be shipped within 5 days and for custom orders please contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.

Customised garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items will be accepted for returns and or exchanges up to 14 days from date of receiving them.FUI must be updated via Email about the shipping details of the returned items (track number).

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items.

Please be mindful of the planet and only order your desired size and colour, our goal is to minimise the footprint of our products and to use the time of our team to make new beautiful garments for you. we are at your service to try and optimise your purchase and fit don’t hesitate to contact us.   

In case you received a defected product please inform us and the return shipping will be made without any additional expenses.
